BETA Testing Stage

The Service is currently in a BETA testing stage. As such, there are no guarantees to the reliability of the Service or information stored by the Service. Additionally, the Service may be changed (pages, database, or styling) without notice. Users of the Service acknowledge that they are helping to develop and improve the Service. Please report any issues encountered to me. I will make a good faith effort to maintain access to and useability of the Service. However, I do not provide a guaranteed timetable to implement improvements or fixes. I may perform backups of the data stored by the Service, though you should not rely on the Service to be a permanent storage place for important information.

Should this Service evolve into a commercial enterprise, your continued use will require acceptance of new terms, possibly with a new entity. Consideration will be given for your role as a BETA tester.

Additionally, there is the possibility that this Service may be ended by me at some point in the future. Should such a decision be made, I will make a good faith effort to help users extract their data to be used in another capacity or application.

The website, logo and visuals, and other intellectual property (registered and unregistered) created by me to develop this Service are my property and are protected by copyright laws.

However, only users given access by the creation of a user account are granted the right to Content creation. The site utilizes very basic security and encryption to protect Content. A motivated and skilled individual or group may be able to gain unauthorized access. Please do not store critical private information on the Service.
